Our Story

Our firm was started in 1984 by Brian Deegan, who is now our in-house counsel. Brian has an impressive background in the legal profession, having worked as a magistrate and the deputy state coroner for 16 years. He came back to private practice in 2007 and re-opened Brian Deegan Lawyers with a new vision and enthusiasm.

In 2009, Brian was joined by his son, Patrick Deegan, who is now our managing partner. Patrick has significant experience in criminal law and civil litigation. He leads our team of friendly and talented lawyers who work across various areas of the law.
